Bush Property Ltd was formed in March 2009 By two Brothers & their Partners to find and develop residential property. After several unsuccessful attempts to acquire site at a price that could yield appropriate return for investment their other interest & occupations meant the company was only used for some property consultancy on a commission basis. In early 2017 one of the brothers & his partner’s shares were transferred to two other members of the Bush family to maintain ownership in the family. Later that year the new members were made Directors, under the Directors & Chairmanship of Roy H Bush. In March 2019 Lloyd J Bush resigned as a Director to pursue the development/growth of the Transport Planning Consultancy, Velocity Transport Planning Ltd https://www.velocity-tp.com/ where he had been founder in 2017 and continues to grow Velocity’s Consultancy to date. Bush Property Ltd remains, and is intended to remain, in the ownership of the Bush family.

Operations Director
After a successful career in Retail & Telecommunications, then in Specialist Transportation, Luke joined the family business to further develop Bush Property Ltd. As well as his role in Operation Luke takes a primary role in research & development of future technology: Web based, AI, online Marketing and all that is new for the benefit of Bush Property Ltd and the family’s other interests in Computers 4 Business Ltd www.computers4business.com
