Sometimes the customer will be advised not to invest if the timing isn’t right, or the deal doesn’t make sense, given their personal circumstances.
There may be a fee for advice. The precise amount will depend upon your circumstances. We will confirm the amount before you proceed, but we estimate it to be £500 on application and 0.5% of the gross loan value on offer. Commission disclosure: We are not a credit broker.
