APPL ICATION
Having captured the required  information, we provide a "Heads of Terms" document  that will form the basis of  terms of your Loan. This information is  them past to our Solicitor to draw up the Facility Agreement (Loan Agreement) which you will be charged for. 

DECISION
On payment of our iniital, Booking Fee you also commit to cover all legal fees whether the loan completes or not. 

DUE DILIGENCE
Our Solicitor will complete background KYC and AML checks, requiring access to personal documentation. 

VALUATION
We Do ourr own valuations based on  those provided by you  and our assesment. 

LEGAL
Our Solicitors and yous (the Lender) will coordinate about the conveyancing process, adding the charges on the property, and agreeing on formal terms for the loan repayment. 

COMPLETION
Having formalized and signed all paperwork, we will disburse the funds to the Solicitor's account, acting ofr you the borrower.
